Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped same day if received before 3pm ET. All orders will be shipped overnight unless customer specifies a different shipping option. Overnight, 2nd Day and ground shipping are available from Fedex or UPS. Shipping is FOB Origin, Freight Collect. Shipping charges will be added to the customer’s invoice if a customer does not provide a shipping account. We can use a customer’s Fedex or UPS shipping account if provided. Please feel free to contact our customer care team for options.
Payment Policy
Payments are due within 30 days or per the terms of an executed Purchase Agreement. A valid PO# is required prior to shipment for most purchases. We reserve the right to hold shipping for new orders on past-due accounts.
Return Policy
How to Return Products
- Call Customer Care at 888-978-0232 M-F 8:30-5 ET to receive authorization for the return.
- Ensure the item(s) are unused, clean (ex: box in good condition, no writing or labeling), and in their original packaging.

Damaged/Defective Items
In rare occurrences, items may arrive damaged or with a manufacturer defect. If this happens, please contact us and we will replace the damaged item at no cost.
